"wonderful pharmacy with kind and helpful staff. all pharmacies should operate in a manner that puts patients first, like el norte pharmacy update: i want to make it known that i still love this pharmacy! the techs and most of the pharmacists are extremely kind and incredibly helpful. i have been going here for about 10 months now and generally always have a wonderful experience. unfortunately during fall of last year i had deaths in the family, a month long business trip, as well as my father becoming hospitalized, and driving off to Texas because of my sister's mental health was in crisis. unfortunately, these instances caused for my medication schedule being a bit messed up(ie needing some early and even some a 2 month supply all authorized by my doctor) i also offered plane itineraries and proof of what was going on but they said they didn't need it. after dealing with all of these situations and getting back to normal, at pick up, one of the pharmacists called my name and then scolded for these early fills followed up by saying she'd never fill an early prescription for me again. which is fine as i won't have that need for the for the foreseeable future but i won't lie, i left that day in tears feeling like id done something wrong."

"I am a fairly new patient at this pharmacy and hands down has to be one of the most compassionate, caring, and professional places that I have been to. Kathy (pharmacist) is very tentative in her skills and truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to help your medication needs. Also, I noticed that this pharmacy has great out of pocket prices and takes all insurance. Please give them a try and am sure you will not be disappointed. They put customer service to a whole new level. They offer bubble packs to help people keep their medicines organized. They deal with the difficult doctors' offices when a script is written wrong. I trust them and are so grateful. No more CVS or Costco...El Norte Pharmacy has my family and my business forevermore. Thank you, Kathy and Miguel! These two end-up more like friends. "Better than CVS by far. The folks who work and run this pharmacy are amazing. I will go here from now on due to two major factors. First, they are well stocked, and whatever they don't have right away they can get quickly. Second, they are knowledgeable about the products and medications you may request. Solid example. I had an ear infection back in early January that had been diagnosed as a bacterial ear infection, and, despite my prior two or three attempts at nearby CVS stores, Kathy was able to make a suggestion for the drops I needed. None of the CVS employees considered what Kathy had, and it worked fine, for the bacterial portion. I was so impressed that when it was later found out to be a fungal ear infection (gross I know), I went right away to El Norte Pharmacy and got my medications. The store was short one medication, because of a shortage or something, I didn't mind waiting. All in all couple the knowledge Kathy and her staff has with the mom and pop feel of the place I give this place 5/5. Not only do they know their medications, take insurance like Community Group, but they also will educate you about your medications, and anywhere you may need to go for a quick check up. Seriously, I do not intend on going to CVS while El Norte Pharmacy is just across the parking lot from me (or even across the street)."
