"I have been going here since 2013, and I used to get excellent service free mail and home deliveries. Recently, they have been horrible to reach on the phone (very long wait times of over 20 minutes, frequent hang ups while waiting). Also, they no longer have mail order deliveries and home deliveries are no longer free ( cost $5.). To make matters worse, I kept calling on Tuesday, July 11, 2018 for a medication that I desperately needed only to be repeatedly put on hold, and my call was repeatedly hung up. I ended going in person only to find the office door locked. When I saw someone inside, I kept knocking on the door until someone FINALLY answered and said they were closed for good (they were packing up everything). I convinced them to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. If I hadn't gone there in person, all of my prescriptions would have been lost and I would have been out of my medication that I desperately needed. I have NEVER heard or experienced such unprofessional treatment!! I can't believe that I didn't get some kind of notification in the mail, by phone, so I could have made other arrangements for my prescriptions. Even my doctor was very shocked by the unprofessionalism of this pharmacy. I would have given this pharmacy a ZERO rating if it had been available."

"Superb service. Extra easy transfers. I have several meds, had them all transferred from another pharmacy. They will also anticipate your time for a refill, call and ask if you need it, and deliver it same day. Sadie is priceless."
