Vons Pharmacy

"I work for vons. Not this store. But it seems they are always messing up my prescriptions. I came in today to pick up my meds. But they put them back on the shelf. 2/12/24 was the 6th day. So that’s Kinnda early to be putting ppls meds back. Im switching back to cvs pharmacy."

Andrew has always kept us up to date on our vaccines & let’s me know when one is due. There’s never a long wait & we can get in & out of there quickly."

"This pharmacy is a unprofessional and I regret using them. I have been trying to call to refill an RX for the last few days and I cannot get ahold of a human. I have been calling for two days and every time no one will answer, it just goes to their mailbox which is full so I can't even leave a message. I am disabled so I cannot drive there. I understand these are troubling times but this is medical stuff, they cannot be showing poor customer service on medical stuff. I need to find a new pharmacy So, if you want to avoid issues do not use this pharmacy."

"Picked up a new medication four days ago. The Pharmacist took the time to call me on a Sunday to ask me how I was doing with the new medication. Did I have any side effects. Never in my life have I received a call like this and it just goes to show that getting good, caring service is still possible! Best Pharmacy ever!!!!!!"

"I had the worst experience ever at a pharmacy here. Would not take my Gold Rx because it is a controlled substance. Couldn’t tell me the price until they ran it through and then I would be stuck paying whatever since I had hard copies. I wouldn’t be able to get them back. Most of all the pharmacist is the most rude woman I have had in years. When I called to ask a question I should’ve known not to go in there because she hung up on me even on the phone. But I decided I would try it. Never again!"
