"My grandma an appointment for 2:30pm to get her COVID vaccine. She showed up to 15 people waiting. She told the employees she had an appointment. They said she had to wait in line because the walk ins were here before her. The point of an appointment is to skip ahead. If they didn’t make an appointment, too bad. She don’t have all the time in the world. She is a busy grandma who takes care of their grandchildren during the day and work around our busy work schedule and limited vehicles. She was forced to walk out because she couldn’t wait for 15 people to get their vaccine. A waste of time just because the employees didn’t want to upset the walk ins. Well guess what. You upset me. And all of us. Weak minded employees."
"One of the worst of the worst customer service, they always behind with time. I understand they might get busy but it happened all the time I been in this location...... I’m sure I’m not the only one who got this bad service, they should take serious action about this matter. I’m going to start Walmart pharmacy from now on, the only reason I stop by here because it’s near by my house."
