"The complex is beautiful but some of the policies and regulations were a bit off the wall like how long your dog leash is allowed to be and where you're allowed to walk within the complex (sidewalks only even though they're missing sidewalks in certain places). They also tried to charge me while I was living there for things that were not in my lease agreement. After I moved out, I received most of my deposit back but they kept money to fix things that I REPORTED were wrong while I lived there. The pool was closed for the first year I lived there so prepare to pay for amenities you don't have access to use. I also got Carpet beetles when I didn't have carpet in my unit. I believe they came from the units near me and even though they're not harmful, they're extremely annoying and hard to get rid of. I reported issues with my door multiple times, it was never fixed and I constantly had a huge draft coming in my unit that also caused my PG&E bill to go sky high. The manager told me you have to set the heater to 80 plus degrees to get it to work. My door handle also fell off and I got stuck inside of my unit, and my bathtub detached from the wall after about a month living there. This place is very well kept with a dog park and bocci ball court which is lovely, so maybe I had some back luck with my particular unit, but I don't think I would recommend this place to someone unless you get the newer units that were rebuilt after the last fire."
