"This pharmacy must be understaffed and the staff must be overworked. Calling to try to find out if the pharmacy had an expired drug drop off container. 1st someone answered only to hang up. My 2nd call was responded to by someone barking at me: "Two are ahead of you, hold." I held for a while and then gave up When I went to the store unfortunately it was during the lunchtime. No problem with that, but the expired drug drop off container was locked. No information on the container about what hours it is open."

"We go to the pharmacy because we’re sick and need medication. Unfortunately the pharmacists don’t seem to get that, and are difficult to work with. There’s no sense of urgency and they make the patient feel like we’re bothering them. Every time. Last straw today-they hadn’t looked at the prescription sent over so of course it was after 5 on a Friday. Then said they needed to talk to the doctor, and asked if I would like them to do that. Of course, yes, I’m in pain. I asked for a call back and another question if that’s what I want. Of course yes! Then another 30 minute wait for pickup. Changing pharmacies ASAP-customers deserve better service. We’re not going there just because we love taking meds. So frustrating."
