"I had to call this pharmacy 5 times in order to ensure they would fill a prescription correctly, I'm still on hold with them because they continue to screw up. My doctor wrote my RX for a 90 day supply. My prescription refill was delayed for days when I was completely out because the staff was unable to follow directions. They kept filling it for 30 days. The doctor wrote it for 90. As of now they still have not been able to fill my prescription correctly and I do not have access to my medication. I will seriously never use this pharmacy again as they've continued to make my life far more complicated than it needs to be! Just follow directions and fill the prescription as the doctor instructed, it really isn't that complicated!"

"This place is a joke now , they called it “ new management “ . I just requested to see the difference between two hair products , they were locked up and was told just to get whatever. Walgreens is trash now"

"The pharmacy cancelled my ready prescription order while I waited in line to pick it up without anyone at the front for 5+ minutes (probably off cancelling my order lol). Even though I immediately called to tell them I was physically in line to get it, they couldn't undo their cancellation so I had to wait for a prescription that should have taken less than a minute to pick up. Could have been avoided if they had been helping patients instead of cancelling orders, perhaps? Usually get excellent, if slow, service here and the PAs were very nice but annoyed by this illogical issue."
