"The only reason I am even giving two stars is because prior to this incident I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and would have recommended this center for anyones needs as I am a promoter and actively promote businesses, and services and what also helped for the 2 stars was the amazing doctor Creech and Ari was really amazing after the unfortunate incident I had with Cynthia Morris. Let me start off with saying that my daughter and I both have disabilities and struggle every day with maintaining. I was told previously that it was “preferred” The children come in before 10 to be seen, and I tried to accommodate that time, but my daughters schedule and routine did not work out, and I had to reschedule again which Cynthia texted me, letting me know that that was a preference, but I let her know why we couldn’t do those time frames, and compromised from our normal afternoon appointments and at that time Miss Morris went ahead and accommodated the compromised time at the 11am or 12 PM timeframe I requested but life happened and we were approved for emergency housing, and finally moved in on the day of our appointment so I had to reschedule again. After contacting them to let them know of the change in the situation, I was speaking to one woman, and all of a sudden Cynthia Morris jumps on the line to say “oh, I see you couldn’t make it to your appointment today either. Well, we’re not going to be able to accommodate your daughter’s needs” (This is regarding her disabilities that I cannot make it to the 10 or earlier timeframe) and now she told me the doctor “requires” it, and if I can’t meet the doctors requirements, then they can’t see my daughter. I’m really shocked at her behavior and just her general demeanor towards the situation, so much agitation and aggression. For someone that has a degree in psychology, and now working as a front desk receptionist I think you should know a little bit about how to treat other humans if you want to be treated nicely, you should treat others with the same respect. Of course, absolutely I can completely destroy my daughter’s schedule and throw her off and it will make her upset and uncomfortable all day just for Miss Morris to have her there one hour earlier, but I really do not sacrifice my daughter’s well-being just for the preferences of others. I have never been treated like that by anyone on the staff here, and I have never felt discriminated against for any type of disability from anyone here until now. I will definitely be spreading the word about this. Thank you for the previous years of good service and for the help from the staff that has been respectful. -All details used in this comment are public information and can be googled by anyone. Also morning times vary by the child’s sleep schedule so it made no sense regarding specific details. I appreciate the response and wish you all the best. "Staff and Dr. were professional and kind. Wait time for me was almost zero, nice office. My disappointment was with Mgr. DONNA. I had a return situation with frames which was approved by her initially and refund amt. was confirmed while I was in office by staff … I later I get a call from DONNA saying amt. will be different (less). It turned into a yelling discussion where she was talking over me rudely, saying “Well, that’s what it is period.” For a Mgr. position she was just DISGUSTING to say the least. A Mgr. shouldn’t go back on what is initially decided, should always try to de-escalate a situation, never never yell at a paying customer as she did over a refund! How do people like DONNA get into managerial positions??!! - that would not fly in my business! I spent over $400 … Please check your itemized charges and question bill and policy. I won’t be taking my business there any longer because of how DONNA handled my situation."

"I have nothing but respect and appreciation for this business and it’s staff members. They are always so helpful, accommodating and they always put the needs of patients first. My family has been going there for years and will continue to do so. Let me express that all of the front office staff is super nice, as well as the back office ladies. I can’t state enough, how everyone is so accommodating with my busy schedule and my family needs. By far a remarcable experience, every single time!"
