"I put in a refill orders days ago, and absolutely zero updates. I’m now out of my medicine in a time that I really need it. Why are you guys not communicating with us? Where is our medicine? Why can’t you tell us the truth? This whole ordeal is made more frustrating by the fact that the pharmacy number does not work even while the pharmacy is still open. Are you guys shutting off your phones so you don’t have to do your job? Even the Kaiser Appt line couldn’t get a hold of the Redlands Pharmacy. This situation is so shady and makes me wish i wasn’t trapped with Kaiser care."

There are long lines to conted with depending on the time of day, particularly the afternoon. So if your in a hurry I highly recommend using the app and doing the check in thru that before you arrive."
