"I switched to the Holt location because it’s closer to my home and also because they have a drive-through. I spoke to a young man in person about changing doctors and the doctors name was on my insurance card. Every time I’ve called to get refills, they tell me my doctor hasn’t returned their calls. My doctor says they have not contacted them. When I checked, I found that they still had the old doctor on file. I very specifically asked them again for the third time to be sure that all the records were changed to my current doctor. Just called in prescriptions two weeks ago and once again, they are not filled. I will be leaving that CVS and going back to my old location on mountain. It’s worth driving a little further."
