"We're able to buy the things that we needed and one thing that was not on the list. Quick checkout this time around. It was good to see people coming in with their families and others at this store. They seemed happy shopping at Costco."

"The line to leave is wild! Multiple times they can't keep up with the receipt checking. They still are very behind on the self-checkout technology. They should go ahead and invest in some scan guns so people don't have to unload and reload their carts. Customer service is not too great either so I honestly don't feel I'm getting the best out of my membership. Update: after years of not buying produce here because I found a worm in my strawberries, I gave it another chance. I bought them Wed and by Sunday I was sifting through rotten berries. Even the spinach looks like it's on it's last day."

"Management lacks customer service skills. Came here the other day to do my shopping and my mom who is the cardholder decided to stay in the car while I grab what was needed. Upon checkout, the person checking us out asks if my mom was present and I said she's in the car, she'll be right in. She calls over her supervisor who said I cannot get the groceries because my mom wasn't there when she initially scanned the card. They did not let me purchase the items and had another employee come and collect the items which sucked for them because it was a lot of items. The man was very sassy and had an attitude. I completely understand store policies and procedures but customer service goes a long way. Luckily I went to Sam's club where we also have a membership and they saved the day. Plus the Scan and Go App is a life saver. Obviously we'll be going back because of the membership. I get that people have bad days but it shouldn't be taken out on a customer because they don't know how to express their emotions in a healthy manner. Side note, the cash register person was very sweet, it was just the cranky supervisor."

"We have been shopping at this Costco for a long time now. Staff is typically friendly and helpful and the store is always fully stocked. However, there are some major concerns about the freshness and quality of their food. My husband came home from Costco yesterday and there were two major issues. The first is that he brought home the famous rotisserie chicken and it was RAW on the inside - huge issue. The second is that he bought a two pack of Dave's bread and it was long expired - 12/8/23 to be exact. So the bread is almost one month past expiration. The last item that was of concern was my carton of brown eggs. There was no date on the carton, so I decided to check if the eggs were good. I placed an egg in a full glass of water and it began to float - which means the eggs are old. Because of these issues, mostly because of a raw rotisserie chicken, I'm thinking of switching to Sam's."

"When you come here...... bring your patience hat......and around lunchtime it is packed. The prices are expensive, I don't know what to say. Everything is so darn expensive. Is there such a thing as bargain shopping now? The store is always clean and well stocked. And check out is always friendly and a breeze."
