"Unresponsive initially. Had to re-route the prescription to a different pharmacy that was able to have it ready same day. Pharmacist ultimately followed up with me, but delay wasn’t feasible for me."

Basically, your price is a way higher than others regardless of insurance."

"Incompetent. They do not have a retail pharmacy but they don’t let the doctor or patient know. They said all retail prescriptions go to rite aid. I went to rite aid and no prescription. I called them back and the rancho park pharmacist said they don’t have the prescription. I was just there and they said it automatically goes to Rite Aid. Imagine using them for compounding. Lol"

More than 10 times they have gone above and beyond, calling Dr's for me for RX refills, delivering when my children are unwell after driver has already left. More recently they took the time to discuss and explain details about medication with patience and consideration to other customers. For a small, local drug store they are really a quality shop."
