"My doctor submitted prescription mid-day Tues; I backed it up with payment including delivery fee for AM delivery. NEVER received. Called on Thur only to be put on hold by 3 different people. They called back and said they would reprocess my order and delivery within 2 hours, then asked for additional payment. Now its Fri and NOTHING. Had this prescription had been for life matters I would be dead by now."
