"The woman running the pharmacy is one of the rudest people I have met in my life. Yelled at me and hung up on me when I called to ask about missing medication. We have never had a delivery from them that wasn't missing medication. Rude and incompetent is not a great look for a pharmacy. If you value your health and sanity look elsewhere, this is not it."

"I called several times this morning to inquire about a client’s missing medication, they asked me several times to call back in 10 mins and that’s is what I did. When someone finally answered my call, I was trying explain to to woman that answered the phone the details of the medication and she said “ if you be quiet and listen I can explain” I responded with “I can absolutely listen but you don’t have to be rude, I was trying to give you the details. Because someone has called about this medication last week.” The woman hung up on me, when I called back they said that they couldn’t help me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service."
