"Horrible customer service and experience. Ruben the owner informed me that he was unable to fill my script because "he was barely breaking even" and "wasting time" trying to fill my prescription. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Awful customer service and horrible way to treat people."

I once had an exhausting emergency situation that involved me seeing a doctor I did not know, who agreed to see me that day. The prescriptions ended up being sent to Optimum very late, after Dr Ruben had already left. He came back to the store to fill the prescriptions and wait for me to pick them up. I had never experienced that before and it was a tremendous relief. Thank you, Dr Ruben"
