"Been having the worst trouble getting hold of any manager that works here , their payment methods are non reliable whatsover . Spoke to a very rude "manager" named CJ after calling and calling several time on may 3 and may 5th about the paylease option not working and didnt receive 1 phone call back , and finally i spoke to her and she hung up and yelled on the phone while i was trying to explained to her the situation , they need a more reliable manager system !!"

"Too many houses in such a tiny spot. Hard to drive your vehicle when it's at night or weekend due to the over crowding is the street l."

Just go to Deep valley mobile home park and feel the excitement of being so cram packed together with a bunch of people you don't know knowing that your one grease fire away before the whole trailer park burns like Rome did . It truly feels like a third war country highly recommend for those who like to be in other people's business"
