"Update: after a few years, I saw my review and would like to increase the stars. The office has been very prompt at answering the phone and addressing our little one's issues online during Covid. Dr Watson is a nice and fun person and his offices are very nicely decorated. We have seen him only once so far and received shots once, which was a good experience. However they changed our vaccine appointment without letting us know and caused us a lot of trouble. Will see what the next experiences will be."

"This place never lets me down. They got us in last minute. Cara Thompson was our provider and we love her. She is kind caring and attentive. Five star treatment from Cara!"

"I've been taking my kids to mission pediatrics since my oldest was first born. So 12 years already. I love the doctors. But my recent experience with the office staff (referral department) hasn't been so great. Having to speak to her and cvs pharmacy back and forth for a week to get $40 prescription formula covered for my son has been a horrible experience. Calling and leaving voicemails to no avail. And when I finally get a hold of her she makes me feel like I'm bothering her. I understand she probably has a lot of other patients but being friendly shouldn't be so hard to do. And being rude shouldn't happen in a medical or customer service setting."

"I had been taking my daughter there since she was born. My child had her last check up when she was 11 months and on her following check up they said they wouldn't take her in due to covid, so she didn't get a physical in over a year, she's now 2 so they finally set an appointment for her physical and the day before they cancelled her appointment because my child had a runny nose due to allergies. She's had allergies since she was born and they should know that since they've seen her since she was born! They wanted to give me "medical advice" through the phone and leave her unseen! I just cancelled their services, it's not fair for my 2 year old."

"The best pediatricians I have ever encountered!! They absolutely love their career and it is very well shown with every child I see them encounter when we visit. The office environment is so fun and friendly. They definitely go above and beyond to listen to not only myself, as the parent, but my children. They do an amazing job making my children feel safe and comfortable. If i could give them 10 stars I would! Seriously that's how great these doctor's are. My children come first always and mean the world to me and that's why I recommend these pediatricians. You will not be disappointed!"
