"I was prescribed medication and went to pick it up within 2 weeks, but they said they did not have the prescribed medication. When I contacted the hospital, they said that was not possible and would look into it. However, there is no smooth communication between the pharmacy and the hospital, no one gives a clear answer as to why the medicine was not prescribed, and they simply don't know who did it. The last thing I say is to just go somewhere else and get your prescription... It feels a little irresponsible."
