"I’m satisfied service by siloam"
"Services are not good and short hours. Also don’t open on Sat. Very very inconvenient many many ways. I should give zero star if I can. I went there again to pick up prescription today…. Pharmacist here…she is sucks. I was very mad about how she acts. And other pharmacy give a call customer when prescriptions ready but this place never do that. They should call customer when precriptions are ready so customer can pick it up. I asked them twice but they don’t want to do. Should be out of business in shortly~~~ Services no good….."
"I had a video consultation with a doctor through Teladoc and Siloan Pharmacy was one of the available pharmacies closest to me. The doctor sent a prescription to them Wednesday afternoon for severe bronchitis. I walked over to pick up on Friday morning: the had the prescription for two days. First, even though they had the prescription for two days, they only had one of the three prescriptions. Second, when I came in, they were confused about my doctor because she was located in San Francisco. I tried to explain that it was a video consultation through Teladoc and they were supposed to be a participating pharmacy; they still couldn't figure it out. So I asked for my ID and insurance card back and now I have to send the prescription to another pharmacy. Follow Up: I called a CVS Pharmacy to contact Siloam Pharmacy to send the prescription to CVS. Keep in mind, I had bronchitis/asthma, and I needed an inhaler to breathe. Siloam wouldn't transfer the prescription. CVS never received it. I called Siloam earlier to make sure they sent the prescription but all they could do was whine about how I walked out. I reminded them they didn't have all the prescriptions after having them for two days. Then they lied and said they sent the prescription. Unprofessional since this was medication I needed, and they weren't even professional enough to accommodate me."
"I support local and small business and this pharmacy is awesome!"
"Small pharmacy but people working are very nice and kind. Sometimes, it is much faster to pick up prescription than other big chain pharmacies. Since it is small, you need to make sure that your prescription is ready and accepting payments are cash or check."
