"I would give less than 1 star if I could. Delivery driver calling and knocking on my door at 7am every delivery, even though I pay in advance and give them the door code to just leave by my apartment. How many times have these people screwed up my order, woken me up for no reason or given me a stupid and random issue with my medication? I’ve genuinely lost count. Even charged me $30 for same day delivery after they screwed up my prescription 2 days in a row and then blamed it on me."

"My son needed a prescription because he was having an allergic reaction and couldn't stop itching. For some reason our dermatologist sent it to this pharmacy. They were not able to help me get it some day and then I had our local pharmacist call and get it transferred so I could help my son. The people at this place put our pharmacist on hold and then when I got them on the line on 3 way, they told us there were no pharmacist there to help us. Then she checked on my son's prescription and said they didn't even have his name there. I questioned her on it and then she magically found it. Our pharmacist asked her to reverse the prescription so that I could get it sooner from him. I could have gotten it from him immediately to help my son, but after we got off the phone and our pharmacist checked, it was not reversed. We were lied to. I am so upset, my son will have to go to bed and probably scratch all night until he bleeds since he can't feel pain. ughhhh"

"This is the best pharmacy and experience I’ve ever had WITH a pharmacy or really any customer service experience. They are so prompt to help me with any questions I have. I will only use this pharmacy moving forward and feel so lucky to have found them! My doctor who prescribe the different medications did not tell me about any side affects that could occur, and I texted grand specialty pharmacy and they answered all my questions, calmed me down, and assured me that all was normal. They answered so quickly and helped me ease any side affects, as well as my mind! This is a quality company that truly cares about their clients. Thank you Grand specialty pharmacy!!!"

"Great experience thus far. When I was shopping for a compounding pharmacy they knew all of the right procedures and additives. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they are. I have been refilling compound medication through other pharmacies for years and none has been as consistent as Grand Specialty Pharmacy has been. They are never too busy for my questions and have always gone above and beyond to assist me. It has felt more as a collaborative relationship as a result. When I crashed my bicycle, Armin volunteered a sample of a wound salve and as a result no scarring on my then jacked up face!
