"Pure property has always done things in a timely matter. They’ve been courteous. I have been working with them for over 20 years and they’ve been pleasant to work with"
"Just wanted to thank everyone who left a review. I fell in love with a house listed by this company but just had a bad feeling since I can never seem to speak with anyone but I’ve received a barrage of emails from them to request a showing with no other real info on the unit. My parents live in Ukiah and I had them go by to see if it was vacant and it was. Google was the last place I needed to check before submitting an application and you guys saved me from getting screwed over. Thank you!!!!"
"Had applied for an apartment, finally got a response 4 weeks later. Got denied because I had no credit, it showed N/A. Told me I can't apply for another 6 months, then maybe my credit would show. They had no answers to my questions and just emailed me try again in 6 months. Took my money and ran. Don't go through this dump."
"Attempted to work with these people for 5 months. Don’t think that they care about you because they don’t, they left us waiting with no communication for weeks- only to tell me they would appreciate my patience when I decided to check in daily!? Daily check ins were the ONLY way to get any kind of updates to our application. I would have appreciated a home to live, you irresponsible group of children pretending to have a real job. The only thing I got from this company was a storage unit and that was actually handled in a quick manner. But don’t go to them if you need a home, it will be a horrible experience for you, guaranteed."
"I recently moved back to the area, and like many that have experienced trying to find affordable housing in the Mendocino County area, it's been a long struggle. I applied for a listing in mid December, which 101 property management was quick to accept my application fee. Shortly after, I received an auto text congratulating me of my acceptance and how much I was approved for. The text said to visit their site for listings, but I already did and applied for the specified one. I had to call the office and asked to schedule an appointment. I was told they would reach out to the property owner and have them contact me for a viewing. I never heard back, but two weeks later, I was notified that due to lack of communication, they were cancelling my application. Obviously, I responded explaining I was waiting on the response from the property owner. Their response was delayed until after the weekend, which of course they replied by saying the listing I was interested in was rented the previous week. They offered to have me view another listing, which I accepted and scheduled. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for "Miranda" to arrive, I contacted the mand was toldthey we're pulled away for a meeting. It would have been professional to either admit they forgot about the appointment or gave me a heads up. Once Miranda arrived, she went to the wrong apartment, which I had to correct her on. Before opening the door to the correct one, she told me she had to call the occupant to see if it was ok to view. "Available Now," doesn't that mean there are no accupants? Correct me if I am wrong ,but when a listing says "Available Now," doesn't that mean there are no accupants? Either way, I was informed that I would not be able to view the apartment until the next week. Poor service all around. I asked later to speak with a supervisor over the phone, and not to my surprise, that same individual claimed to be one who I was looking for."
