"The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Something was wrong with the car wash, and it didn’t at all wash the back of my car. It was 100% clearly a mistake of the car wash. The entire rest of the car was clean, but the back was filthy. The roads are clear and I didn’t run over anything. I called them, saying I had pictures, or I would drive back, and show them,and the manager refused to do anything or even look at it. The manager was extremely rude and then just hung up on me. I’m trying to decide if I should go to the Better Business Bureau, or anywhere else, to report them. I feel this is theft of the money I spent on the car wash."
