"Rent here is super cheap, the neighbors are nice and so is the manager of the place but this place is absolutely INFESTED with COCKROACHES and despite all my efforts to eliminate the issue including extermination, it remains infested. Cheap rent but you will be forced to live with roaches. In the shower drains, crawling on toothbrushes, coffee maker, ice maker, fish tank , etc. No tenant that pays their rent on time each month and keeps their home super clean like me should be forced to live with COCKROACHES. This is sad and TRAUMATIZING."

"i love it here. generous yard space considering the low rent. mngt doesnt bother much and when they do ot usually a note left on my door making the whole process less gruelling if its somethong ive done wrong."
