"My mother recently visited because she has been really ill the past week and a half. She is a senior and has been experiencing a HIGH fever and has overall felt really sick. She had a very disappointing and honestly kind of rude & neglected experience here a few days ago. She went in just to see a doctor & the nurse who took her vitals was super condescending. My mom has had a 101-102 fever 3 days prior to visiting, consistent even with medicine. When the nurse took her temperature, it came out "normal." My mother told the nurse that couldn't be right because her fever had been consistent the last few days, at 101-102. The nurse told my mother her thermometer was probably defective? And she didn't have a fever? And then she proceeded to ask my mom if she had drunken hot coffee or tea before taking her temperature??? Like I'm sorry what. I don't understand why the nurse who was suppose to provide care for my mother was trying to gaslight her but okay. My mom also explained how she (the nurse) barley put the thermometer in her mouth & not under her tongue, the way you are properly suppose to take a temperature. They gave her a flu and covid test and my mom explained those to be bare minimum as well. They ended up telling her they couldn't do anything & it was "probably" a virus and it will pass. Anyways, a couple days passed and my she has had a consistent fever (101-102) with our NON DEFECTIVE thermometer(s), plural. She finally got in to see her primary & they are extremely concerned, given her age & how long the fever has lasted. And even ran the necessary tests, that this place should have provided. Moral of the story take care of your patients & maybe properly staff your facility. Super negligent, and will never be back"

"The team get home urgent care in Costa Mesa is kind and professional and caring. I feel so much better already knowing they are so detailed. Jayson is such a great ambassador for the team. Taking time to tell me exactly step-by-step what was happening. Dr. Robert Gallegos is so patient nice and informative. Ernie was super sweet checking me in and so was Beatrice. On a follow up I got to see Rebecca a wonderful physicians assistant, who is smart and kind and patient. I think each of you for your care and I'm very proud of your hard work."

"From the front office to the doctors that service you I always feel like I get warm welcome and thorough service here. I’ve taken my daughter here. The facilities are always super clean and well kept. The booking system is also super easy to book with online. My husband and I both go here and we also bring our toddler daughter here if needed. They are so caring, they even gave her a teddy bear for comfort last time. Hoag has amazing medical care!!!"
