"Came into the building and said hello. Out of two representatives I got no response. Nobody offer any assistance on helping me pick a decision. I shopped at Sherwin Williams before and had superb customer service. This one was horrible because a white older man came into the door and was greeted and offered help immediately. Another person from the back came to the front to make sure he got service. I could not even get them to open my account to help me find a previous paint color I bought last year. I will drive to Machesney Park before I spend money with this store."
