"I purchased Pet Friendly (snow) Melter this morning following our surprise snow fall, August 31. The product did a very poor job of melting the snow in 39 degrees after about 4 hours. I went back to Bliffert and requested a store credit. Showed them photos of the results. I was told they could not do that because I had used the product. Called corporate and was told there was nothing they could do because they only support on-line purchases. I have been a good customer for 15 years and they have always been friendly and helpful. However, I am not certain I can trust Bliffert to protect me as a customer ."

"My boyfriend and I specifically came to your store because we wanted to support local business instead of Home Depot. We walked in the store at 6:45. They were closing at seven. We got everything we need but there was an employee that was incredibly rude rushing us out of the store. My boyfriend is literally paying for everything at 7 o’clock and I had left my Gatorade on the shelf, which was already paid for and the man was literally almost yelling, throwing hi bands in the air. just wanted you to be aware."
