"Would recommend looking at a different company. Paid over $14,000 for cabinets from them through our designer. The cabinets were delivered a day before we left on vacation, so we didn't pull them all out of the boxes and inspect them. However, there were "inspected by" stickers on all of the cabinets with a signature. As our contractor was installing the cabinets about a month later, he noticed several issues. 1. The largest issue was that one of the cabinets was falling apart out of the box. The staples used to hold the corners and pieces together weren't touching the opposite boards, and whoever put it together went staple-happy (see pics). Our contractor was able to fix everything, which cost us more money for his labor. The best the company could do was send a new cabinet (instead of a discount) because we didn't "notify them within 48 hours of delivery." 2. Another door came damaged. Some trim pieces were mislabelled while a few were missing entirely. 3. The "custom" cabinet around our fridge was too small to fit it, so our contractor had to add some material in to widen it and make it work. When we contacted the company through our designer, they agreed to send a new door plus the missing pieces, which was nice, other than it took a month to deliver after multiple follow-ups, and we had to pay to have our contractor fix everything. Beyond that, there was no acknowledgement of the mistakes or accountability taken, either by our designer or the company; instead, the blame was put on us for the delay in inspection (despite there being "inspected by" stickers on all of the cabinets). The cabinets look nice, but they were a headache to work with, so I would recommend looking at a different company."

"Explore other options! Mistakes were made in the design and ordering. We also had some warranty issues after the project was completed. Problems occur and I realize that. My main issue is with how they handled the problems. Worked with Claudia and rather than deal with the issues she just blew us off. Eventually got help from the owner after months. The owner even admitted this is a known issues with Claudia. There are many options available. Take your chances if you like but you have been warned. I am more than happy to share my experience to help others avoid the headache."
