"This company filed a Claim for Lien on my property because the contractor I hired defrauded them and never paid them. Neuens knew that I paid my contractor for the materials they provided for my project but Neuens still chose to file a Claim for Lien on my property. I went out of my way and informed them of the circumstances and requested that they do not file a Claim for Lien because it was my contractor that did not pay them, not me. They filed one anyway. They are the ones that chose to give thousands of dollars of materials to a contractor unfamiliar to them without getting payment first; yet they go after me for the money when they know I paid the contractor. Whether they can do that legally, I don't know yet, but in my opinion, it is certainly not the morally right thing to do."

"I'd give this company a ZERO - VERY bad experience with a window system purchase. They completely messed up my order (admittedly) on a very expensive door and refused to pay me for any labor to install a lock in it. The whole problem took months to resolve. After over 50 yrs of architecture and construction experience this experience rises to near top as - terrible."
