"The management in this location need to know how hiring process work. After 2nd interview, one of the manager called afterwards verbally informed that offer will be extended and asked to be patient. After two weeks of no updates, followed up with an email only to be asked by another upper management that need to do background check and get drug screening (Normally employer only ask for this when extending an offer) before they can extend an offer, continued to wait another week with no update, follow up with another email with no reply, after almost a month and half to finally gotten a automated email saying not hiring. Jump through hoops and ran around circle for nothing and the management never once mentioned when they should have an update or answer, no lead time. Would never work for this company, at least this location. Very poorly run and management have no idea how hiring process works, and do not have any common sense nor professional etiquette."
