"I went to the Urgent Care and Medical Clinic after a car accident to have x-rays done. The experience was awful and I don't recommend anyone visit this place. It's definitely not worth the time or money. As other reviewers said, they demand money up front, even though I was told by my insurance company to ask for a bill. I was the only one in the office in the middle of the day, and yet it took several hours to see the doctor and get x-rays. The nurse and interns were very nice, which was the best part of the experience. I saw a doctor and explained what happened and why I was there. He didn't seem to listen to anything I said, he inspected areas that weren't hurt and neglected areas that were. He ordered x-rays in places that didn't need them and I had to ask the nurse to relay to the doctor where I was hurt again so the right x-rays could be taken. The doctor turned his back to me for 90% of the time he was in the room with me and didn't address me or ask me any questions. I had to explain my accident several times before he even comprehended me. Worst bedside manner EVER! I have also been trying for several days to obtain my records and invoice from the office so I can turn it into my insurance company. The receptionist says she will call back, but never does. What a frustrating experience!! I hope once I get my records that I never have to deal with them again!! DON'T GO HERE!!"
