"Receptionist is rude (and little crazy) but further more, this place is scam as far as allergy shots. Their build up takes a lot more shots (that's a lot money when add all up) than other places I've been too. They should be investigated."

"The front receptionist is incredibly rude at the Thousand Oaks office!! It does not matter if you are there in person or on the phone. She belittles and demeans you, the patient, the paying customer. I asked a simple question and she laughed in my face acting as if I was stupid. The drs are good but I’m not sure they are worth it when you are met with such a horrible human at the front."

"We have been going to Coastal Allergy Care for almost two years for my almost 3 year old daughter under the care of Dr. Christine Lee. Every time we go in for an appointment the nurses and front desk are always friendly and Dr. Lee is also very friendly and thorough. Our daughter has food allergies and Dr. Lee and staff have helped guide us through her testing and care. The experience has helped us become more at ease in navigating through treating our daughter’s allergies. The most important part is that our daughter has been very comfortable with Dr. Lee and the nurses and she always leaves the office smiling even when she’s had to go through the uncomfortable prick test. Dr. Lee has also been great with answering any follow up questions I have had in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the great care and professionalism we’ve received from Dr. Lee and Coastal Allergy Care."
