"This has to be the absolute worst place that I have ever brought my pets to. I would give minus a star if I could. I can’t remember the very rude vets name, but he was unfriendly, rude, and very condescending. My pet left in the same condition with all sorts of medications that she didn’t need. I was told my dog would be on antibiotics the rest of her life. They just wanted to sell them to me monthly I’m sure! I finally found the most wonderful vet at VCA hospital in Thousand Oaks. My dog is completely better and doesn’t need antibiotics at all!! I will never take her anyplace else. The clinic I’m speaking about is in Newbury Park!"

"My Mom's cat developed fatty liver, and he became jaundiced. My Mom couldn't afford to pay thousands to keep him at an overnight hospital. We brought him to Dr. Williams, and he worked with my Mom's budget to set up at an at-home treatment regime of IV fluids etc. -- throughout, Dr. Williams was compassionate, and, most importantly, always honest that treatment may not ultimately work to save my Mom's cat. Long story short, my Mom's cat is now healthy and thriving. We ended up transferring all of our cats from Conejo Valley Vet to Dr. Williams because of this experience."

"Please...DO NOT GO HERE. This vet is OLD, Tired, and has dollar signs in his eyes more than love in his hands. He's rough, brutal and careless "behind the scenes" with your beloved pet/s and is personally cranky, mean, moody and goes through help fast because they can't stand the "doctor." Please PLEASE don't get hornswaggled by the 5 star reviews, this doctor is a truly miserable man."

"My rabbit, Ashley, has been midtown vet's best customer! My rabbit was in critical condition in 2021 and doctor didn't hesitate to treat my rabbit without appointment. Other ER vet usually charge 4-500 bucks for the ER Visit and I paid less than half to save my rabbit. My rabbit is very healthy and playful due to midtown vet clinic. My dogs also visit there for check ups since then."
