"Had a wonderful experience! I went with my sister-in-law to get my niece's ears pierced and I had the most amazing experience! They had a bunch of cute earings to pick! I even got my niece extra sets. I loved the staff there! Especially since they have those new girls there. They really understand cuntomer service! They even offered me a pagoda card! I got approved and didn't have to pay a dime that day! They even helped me pick out Christmas gifts early. With all I purchased, I even get 6 months with no interest on the card! I love it! I can't wait for their private sale this October!"
"Horrible experience. The woman that helped me (Kiosk manager) tried to charge me for earring clasps even though their policy is 2 free sets for Pagoda customers every month. On top of that I purchased earrings and she also added a protection plan on them that she never mentioned and I never asked for. If you're planning on going to Pagoda, go to the MOA location, the two women there were so much more helpful and pleasant."
