"Lady who checked us out was rude. I came in asking a simple question & she couldn’t even answer. All she gave me was an attitude & “Im unsure who your piercer was, I can’t help” as an answer. I just needed help determining my jewelry size. As a worker there I feel as you should know your products . She could’ve looked at my jewelry & helped me out in determining the size. It would’ve been easier if the jewelry wasn’t locked either. I couldn’t even take a look to see what would fit. I guess Spencer’s hires just anyone nowadays. Didn’t even offer to help assist me. Especially when I asked. I bought 3/4 items that didn’t work out for me. & not to mention she didn’t even greet us but her male coworker did and asked if we needed help & I appreciate the great service he gave us. Probably won’t return here. Unsure of her name. She was wearing a red shirt. Me personally as retail worker as well.. I would’ve been fired for neglect & not knowing products if I did that."

"Got followed and watch by an employee named Kurt. Very uncomfortable shopping there when your getting starred at like your a thief. Never coming to this location again."

"All staff was friendly, except for one employee, Kurt. He followed me and my friend and watching us the whole time like we were trying to steal (very uncomfortable). I don’t appreciate feeling accused of something I didn’t do, nor would do."
