"Service was terrible, very bad attitude. Both pharmacist and his tech service on 2/10/2024 in this location hates their jobs, they took it out of the consumer with a BAD customer service."
"Extremely incompetent staff with a lot of attitude. My doctor prescribed me 2 medications for influenza . She was unable to send in the prescription so one was received and the other had some computer glitch so she printed me the hard copy. After waiting for 15 minutes for my the pharmacist received my order and told me to wait for 25 minutes after waiting for almost more then an hour the pharmacists with an attitude tells me that one of the meds are out that I can get from other pharmacy and the other prescription that was prescribed is a controlled drug so it has to be in the system. Is the doctors prescription is not valid? My doctors clinic also closed for the day and I am deprived of the dosage and feeling miserable through the night. Are you suppose to let the patient know after this long? Are the pharmacists not able to gage right away what needs to be done. I am so disappointed and angry and miserable that I am never going to Walgreens pharmacy again."
"The staff included a young male pharmacist Victor , they gave me that name , have bad service, bad attitude and even showing temper with patient when ask for refill prescription. They need to be trained again to work in the medical field . It seems they just care and want money for their business, not care for patients . I don’t want to have business with this Walgreens , location at 2799 s white road anymore and never introduce with anyone else . Bad and very bad people and service . They should receive minus star , but be nice I give them 1 star only ."
"I don’t know about other Walgreens but this and the E Capital Expressway Walgreens should take off their photo service . I’ve been here multiple times to take my passport size photo , all i get is nothing but disappointment. There is always some issues either with system or camera. So frustrating."
"The pharmacy staff was wonderful. Katherine and Manny made my day by working up to the very last minute to get my prescriptions filled and process my new customer information. I fractured my jaw and after an extremely long and painful day their kindness in rushing my scripts actually gave me tears of joy. They have a loyal customer for life now, and I continue to tell people of the superb care and attention they gave me. Many thanks to them!"
