"The staffs seemed lack of training and severely understaffed. I was told to go to member services. Waited there for 30min with only one staff working. It turns out I was given wrong information and had to go to in another long line with one staff working. People were getting impatient so they were trying to cut lines and staff were allowing it. I ended up leaving the place without any help."

"We like to come to this Costco than the others, partly because it is closest to our home, but also because it’s easy to get in and get out as it has 3 entrances, and parking is ample, though on weekend peak time it’s still stressful. And now that they have installed many self check out stands, check out wait time is not bad."
