I had a booster shot appointment for 11 am, and I am sitting here at 11:52 in the waiting room because the SINGLE pharmacist is unable to tell pushy customers in line to wait their turn. I have half a mind to think that I have to tell them how lines work myself. Edit: I got my shot 10 mins after this review. The experience was fine but working a pharmacist like this on busy weekends is unwise."
"So I come here to get my booster shot. They ask me loads more questions than the two times I have been before at another location. The assistant is unhappy I brought a photo of my cards that were used through the clear app. She doesn’t fill out a new card for me at the end and I have to repeatedly ask for some kind of verification I had the booster from them. She then hands me the sticker and walks away. Not great customer service. Also no coupon for having gotten the shot. Not a great experience."
