"The CVS pharmacy at target store, Hesperian Blvd the staff is very friendly and helpful, the space was very clean and the store hours are also good for me. My English is not that good, but the person who I meet Everytime which I don't know his name he helps me to understand and explain the medicine very clearly and he was polite to other customers too. I'm highly satisfied with their services."

"I received a text notification that the medication was ready. So I get there when they are still in lunchtime, which I understand so I decide to wait 30 minutes since I was already there. However, the clerk that was there when they open. Was very rude, beyond rude, and said that my prescription was not ready yet. And when I tried explaining that I had received a notification saying that it was ready, he cut me off again rudely and said it is not ready. I think the staff needs training in customer service. He could have said my apologies, I am not sure why you received a notification that the medication was ready, but we will get on it right away. It could’ve been approach in many different ways. This guy didn’t care about the customer or his job.. no work ethic for sure."

"Pharmacy Technician exhibit subtle attitude when requesting patient’s information and sarcasm that I don’t find funny If not condescending!"

"It took me 4 trips to pick up my prescription. They told me everytime I return that they will call me but that hasn't happened. VERY POOR SERVICE. Pls instill it in your mind that we senior citizen need that regular maintenance for our blood pressure. You should not work there if you can't do your job"
