"Contracted Seland's about some flooring.... first met with Tim and it was top notch... knowledgeable helpful all the way through..... initially scheduling went smooth....the day before the install they called and wanted to reschedule for 2 days later.... he'll be there at 9:30 Thursday.... nobody showed up ... called at 10 and asked if we were still on for today....they said yes but we can't get a hold of the installer.....in other words they knew at 9 there was going to be a problem..... regardless of the reason.....you owe it to a customer to let them know.....seems like everyone's time is important except the customers ...... careful with the scheduling if you go this route"
