"Installed laminate flooring a few years ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again and played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have Chad. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. They sanded it down instead of replacing it like we had agreed. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart....Oh they closed...still better carpeting there!"
