"Brought a 23psc set, had two of the same lug socket .The one I needed the most was missing. The 10pt, it is a shortage for that key, hard to find a single one, you need to buy the whole set. I call to adress the issue about the a prepaid label because I don't want to pay for the shipment, it was not my fault... He hung up in my face because I ask for a prepaid return label if there was a Misunderstanding, hanging up in the customer face is not a nice thing to do. I wasn't cruel at all. I just ask for a prepaid Return label."
