"Had a flat tire last week and had my car towed into Van Zeeland’s on Prospect in Appleton. I thought it was time to get all four tires replaced anyway so I asked them to take a look and call me with a quote. I got a call back within an hour and was told “You’re tires are still in really good condition and we can actually repair the flat. I don’t want to try and upsell you on four brand new tires if you don’t need them yet.” Because my initial intent was to replace all four tires, I think most other places would have just called me with a quote and made me think I needed all tires replaced. They also checked out the rest of my vehicle (at no cost) and identified some normal wear and tear that could cause me problems in the future. Rather than having some guy call me in the middle of my workday and rattle off a list of potential problems, I was sent a link that outlined the additional maintenance they suggested, including the cost for each service. When I called with questions they were patient and thorough in their explanation and said I could just go through the list on my phone and simply approve or deny their suggestions. Once I did that, they got started on my vehicle maintenance right away and my vehicle was ready to be picked up within a few hours. I’ve had vehicles repaired and serviced at three Van Zeeland’s locations throughout the years, and always received good service, but the last two times I needed something same day, the Prospect location made it a priority and got me safely back on the road in no time. 10/10 recommend the guys at the Prospect store!"
