"First time using Carpet Plus By Design, typically we use another carpet facility but thought I’d check them out. I’d recommend going elsewhere. Over priced for lack of customer service and quality of installation. After installing carpet they left all there garbage, scrap pieces from install and the carpet they were paid to remove for us to dispose of adding additional hassle and cost for us. Definitely disappointed in entire experience. There are definitely better options available."
