Same day update: I called pharmacies all over town and found one that had my medication. 5 minutes after I requested my prescription be transferred, the pharmacist calls to tell me that it did come in. She had told me that the next delivery might be Friday. It's ridiculous, choose any other pharmacy"

"Personally, I have never had any problems with the Pharmacy. If they don"t have something in stock. They give me my prescription back, and lets me know who does have it in stock. Or I can wait until the next day and they will have it for me. The staff has always been friendly to me. They have always called me to tell me my renewals are ready to be picked up. I don't have to remember to call them in like other Pharmacys. Except for the upper tier drugs. If I have a renewal on them. They always have to get an ok from the doctor. I don't know why, because I already have a refill on them. But that is no big deal. Because, they always fill them ahead of time."

"Good staff, bad inventory. Every time I call in a prescription, it isn't in. Often I'll get the call that my meds are ready and they aren't. Or worse--not even in stock. I've spent far too much of my time going to Safeway to be turned away and told to come back tomorrow, then told to come back the next day, then the next..."

"After 5 days of wondering where my prescriptions where and the pharmacy being extremely rude "Maria" instead of offering to call the doctor's office or suggesting what could have gone wrong, I'm 5 days into a double infection with no medication I'm treated like I'm crazy. Worst experience. Once I got ahold of someone who could actually explain to me what the problem was, the pharmacy should have been able to help me."
