"When I moved to Ukiah 7 years ago, I checked out the various pharmacies, hoping to find one at least equal in quality to the Kaiser Permanente pharmacy I enjoyed since 1969! Most fortuitously, I discovered the kind, friendly, patient and expert staff at the Raley's pharmacy in Ukiah. Pharmacist Ed and Pharmacist Tech Deb especially go the extra distance to be sure prescriptions are accurate and timely."

"This pharmacy is a joke. Their customer service is non-existent. In my opinion, based on my experience over the past year, they have a complete and utter disregard for their duty to the patients that depend on them for an essential part of their medical care. They act as though they are the only pharmacy in town, a total take it or leave it mentality."
"The pharmacist is really on top of what each medication does and how to best take the prescriptions. But the hours make it hard for working folk to get in to the pharmacy. I suggest opening earlier in the am or staying till at least 7:30pm. Love the staff hate the hours."
