"I had my first visit here with Dr. Clutter recently. He was very kind and understanding as he listened to my concerns. He helped me identify any benefits or risks associated with the treatment I asked about. He is helping me take a step-by-step approach in understanding my breathing before doing anything drastic. I appreciate his wisdom and years of experience. I’m rating as a 4 instead of a 5 because I arrived half an hour early as instructed, but I also had completed all the paperwork that was mailed to me in advance. This made for a very long and unnecessary wait time. They should let patients know that if their paperwork is completed in advance , they do not need to arrive half an hour before the appointment time."

"My visit with Sacramento ear nose and throat was very expedient and pleasant. They got me in the exam room before my appointment time and went right into testing. They didn’t rush the testing, but also got it done in a timely matter, then to the Dr. office where she explained everything and asked if I had any questions and out the door I went. I was very pleased with the process, every one was nice to work with and I never felt like I was just another patient. The only bad thing is they are super busy and it took me months to be seen."
