"do NOT go to west main pharmacy!!! customer service is terrible. i've tried calling for 5 days in a row and no one answered. I finally get someone to answer today and i ask to get my prescription refilled and they immediately hung up. this cost me my time and my doctor's time as well. I call them back and i ask "so why did you hang up on me last time i called?" and they just moved past it like it was nothing. they finally let me get a refill but i asked for my prescription number so i didn't have to keep bothering them because apparently, it's so hard to do their job. DO NOT GO THERE !"
