"The 1 star reviews must be jealous or have it out for this doctor. He is the best doctor I have ever been to, his knowledge is wide, his enthusiasm for health is contagious and believe me he knows what he is doing. His prices are very low and I have all my needs met by him from iv drips, chiropractor to dot physical and all around health. I litterally trust him with my life"
"Thank goodness that this MD is not going to practice starting next month (according to him). I totally agreed with the previous review that "Dr. Hoi Trinh was super rude, very inconsiderate, negligent, misunderstanding, flat out unacceptable behavior as a Doctor." I took my parents to see him a couple of times. First time was fine and thought he was thorough, the only thing was that he surprised all of us with the way his hands approached to my mom's chest when listening to her heart. Second and third visits were super rude and unprofessional. I asked him about some test results and related question with some professional terms (I am a healthcare provider myself), and he got offended and annoyed, straight up cut me off and said that HE IS THE DOCTOR here. He also commented rudely about our decision of seeking medical attention from an urgent care, " You think you are smart? Going to the urgent care. Why you give me trouble." (yes, his English was a bit hard to understand too, with a thick accent) Anyways, I think you get my point. This guy does NOT show any respect. DO NOT GO TO HIM! I blame myself not reading the reviews before choosing him for my family. DO NOT make the same mistake as I did!"
"Dr. Hoi Trinh was super rude, very inconsiderate, negligent, misunderstanding, flat out unacceptable behavior as a Doctor and willing to care for my father who is disabled. Dr. Trinh NEVER followed up on the charts from all doctors of medicines my fathers are on currently on. Dr. Trinh had no compassion or concern for my fathers disabilities. I tried to come in to talk to Dr. Trinh about what problems and concerns about my fathers needs due to his disabilities after a stroke and paralyzed on one side of body, has very high blood pressure, also he uses a walker and scooter upstairs unit and he needs a live in aid. Dr. Trinh wouldn’t listen to me or my father and acted like he didn’t understand what we my fathers needed. Dr Trinh then left us in the patient room and told us to leave. My father had been going to his office for a year and I couldn’t believe he never followed up with all the medicines he was on and type of care/behavior from a doctor who’s job is to take care of or for patients. Please don’t allow this doctor to belittle or mistreat you or your family as he has mistreated my father and I. Do not select this doctor his behavior and care is horrible. Beware of Dr Trinh!"
"The front desk people are just straight out rude and every visit all they do is yell at my mom. They get irritated very easily and it just really pisses me off. CAN YOU RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS??"
"I took my mom to Dr. Thinh Hoi today to check if they take my mom's insurance. My mom understands English and speak English a little bit so it's not a problem for her to communicate in English. She first came to an assistant who speaks English to asked some questions. However, the first assistant even didn't waste a second to talk to her. She turned to a Vietnamese-speaking lady and gave that lady a signal to help my mom. The Viet-speaking lady started talking rudely and impolitely to my mom. She didn't even look at my mom when talking to her. Seriously, I wanted to be straight up about her attitude, but I knew my mom didn't want to blow things up, so we asked her questions and walked away. People have a bad day but that's not the reason you carry that attitude to work, especially you are doing customer service. Can you at least respect your customer? The second she started talking to my mom, I knew that we never came back here."
