"I'm so happy I found this place! I have done IOP with kaiser twice and my experience with SagePoint was way different. What I really liked about SagePoint first was the small group we had, the place just felt very comfy and more intimate than Kaiser. Secondly, I really enjoyed the exercises/activities we did. The material didn't feel boring. I was actually excited to engage, and everyone had their opportunity to share in a timely manner. The last hour is free talk which could be fun. We would come up with a topic and go from there so again never boring! Caroline is very good at what she does! You never feel judged, and she gives great feedback and directs the group very well. The place is very clean. Water, tea, and snacks are available to have (Oreos are my fav!). After I completed the program, I was invited to attend an alumni group at SagePoint. I think it's amazing that they care so much about the people they treated to come back in another group setting to talk about our continued sobriety journey. I was happy and excited to start attending alumni nights because I loved the program so much, I missed it! It's nice to see other group members too! I highly recommend SagePoint. If you are reading this thinking about it just do it!"
