"Do not recommend this dentist. Staff and dentist are always nice and seem knowledgeable. However they have made multiple mistakes leading to unnecessary pain and more costs and dental work for me. Examples: 1) I am told multiple times, including by dentist in phone calls that my chart looks fine. But I get emails telling me to contact them about additional work needed that if tended to, may cause complications. This was a simple filling that left untreated until a more costly root canal was needed. 2) Fillings done improperly/where a root canal was needed. I was given a filing and was told it would sensitive for a while. After a few months I noticed that my tooth very sensitive to cold. I went to a different dentist and they took X-rays and showed me that the filling was 1-2 mm away from the nerve root. Contact with hot and cold was EXTREMELY painful by then and I was having sever pain radiating as a result. 3) A crown put in place by this dentist maybe a year or two ago, came off today. My new dentist I see now told me that the crown was not only done incorrectly (which will require a new crown by the new dentist due to it not fitting/sealing properly), but there may be a cavity on a neighboring tooth due to the poor job on said crown. My options were either to have the new dentist do a whole new crown and cost me more money out of pocket, or go back to prestige dental and get the crown fixed for free. Since they've screwed up three times now, I don't trust them with any more dental work. Go somewhere else."

"I saw the dentist this morning and was flat out told that my insurance doesn't pay well enough for them to do quality work. At least they were honest about it but it concerns me that they're thinking of money and not they're patient"

"I see that a lot of people enjoyed their experiences here and I'm glad.. but my experience wasn't the greatest sadly. I came in a few months back. I wanted to write a review but I didn't yet because I wanted to switch providers to make sure that my speculations were correct by getting a second opinion. I was recommended multiple fillings and other procedures I simply did not need. I know this because I was just at the dentist about 5 days ago and when I finished with my exam.. the recommendations were not the same. My husband and I were scheduled the same day and we both did not like our experience here. My dental assistant was nice and friendly but the dentist wasn't exactly the greatest. My husband was asked if he flossed and when he answered that he doesn't floss as much as he should he said that she rolled her eyes and told him that he needs to floss more. I understand the need to inform your patients that oral hygiene is good for your health...but that isn't the way to go about it. I feel that we were pressured to do unnecessary treatments because once she said we needed certain treatments... They tried to rush us to schedule another appointment. Anyways, I'm very happy with the dentist I am at now. I hope that my husband and my experience was just an unlucky one."

"I went in to ask a few questions which were if they accepted my insurance and/or care credit and about my wisdom teeth since I was having pain that I thought was from that. They do accept both and the receptionist, doctor, and the rest of the staff were super helpful and awesome. I got x-rays same day and within a few days I got my wisdom teeth extracted. Will be back for for braces next year without a doubt, highly recommend prestige dental."
